At the client's request, we combined the Senler bot builder with N8N for audience segmentation and broadcast management
It wasn't enough to just send out messages — we needed to flexibly segment subscribers and build personalized communication. The standard capabilities of the bot builder weren't enough for this.
We connectedSenlerfromN8N, gaining a powerful binding:Senleris responsible for interaction with users insideVKontakte, whileN8Nhandles the data-processing logic, segmentation, and scenario routing. For generating responses and processing text queries, we connected AI viaOpenRouter, which gave the bot the ability to carry on a meaningful dialogue.
As a result, the customer received a system in which the bot doesn't just react to commands but analyzes user behavior, distributes them into segments, and launches the corresponding mailing chains.
