Monarch Web Studio is the data controller. For any questions regarding the processing of personal data, please contact us by email.

We collect only the personal data you voluntarily provide when filling in the contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), and your message. We do not collect special categories of personal data.

We process your data to handle incoming enquiries and respond to your request. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and our legitimate interest in handling pre-contractual communications (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Data submitted via the contact form is transmitted over a secure HTTPS connection. To receive timely notifications about new enquiries, we use the Telegram API. Data is not sold, transferred to third parties for commercial purposes, or used to build marketing databases.

Contact form data is retained for up to 3 years from the last interaction, or until you withdraw consent, whichever is earlier. After the retention period, data is deleted or anonymised.

Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request erasure, object to processing, restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee). To exercise your rights, please contact us by email. We will respond within 30 days.

The website uses necessary and functional cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; however, some features may not work correctly. Technical data (IP address, browser type, OS) is collected automatically for security and statistics purposes only.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data: HTTPS encryption, access control, regular software updates and security monitoring.

The website is not intended for persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with data, please notify us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Policy at any time. The current version is always available on this page with the date of last update. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
